| APPOINTMENTS Appointments are required for all services. Sorry No Walk ins. Most services are booked several weeks in advance. We recommend that you book your next appointment prior to leaving the salon so that we can be sure to accommodate your schedule. Please arrive earlier if it is your first time or call us if you are running late. A 24-hour advanced notice is required if you are unable to keep your appointment. A valid credit card number or a cash deposit is required to secure your appointment (please read our no-show policy). NO-SHOW POLICY Your appointment is scheduled specifically for you. In consideration of our other clients and our stylists please give a 24-hour notice of any cancellation. When an appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the appointment time, or the person scheduled for the appointment does not show up, we reserve the right to charge your credit card for 100% of the value of the appointment scheduled. Late Arrivals Late Arrivals - If you are not able to make your appointment time and will be more than 15 minutes late, we will do our best to accommodate you, however, it may be necessary to adjust your service or reschedule you. 100% of the scheduled service will be charged. Children In order to create a relaxing environment for our customers, we cannot accommodate children. Gift Certificates Gift Certificates may be redeemed for services or retail products. Please advise us that you have a Gift Certificate when making your appointment, gift certificates must be presented at time of appointment and will not be replaced if lost or stolen. Gift certificates may not be redeemed for cash value. Refunds Exchanges on unopened products within 7 days of purchase with receipt. No refunds on services.
